So, our prospective Virginia buyer finally fell through. I must snark: the deal went south because our bathroom is not wheelchair compliant and the cost of making it so was what tipped her over the edge. And here’s the kicker: she’s not in a wheelchair, just merely “planning for future contingencies”. Good luck finding an old house friendly to a wheelchair! We can barely get Cate’s exersaucer through the doorways let alone a wheelchair.
Moving on: we listed our house on Monday with a fabulous real estate agent here in Redlands (thanks Bob!) and as of this afternoon, we already have a serious offer. I am trying to coax my mind into a “cautiously optimistic mode” rather than a “wildly ecstatic mode”. It’s not going well. Regardless of what happens with the house, God is good all of the time.
See you in NY soon! Prayers for an easy house sale.

Isn’t the excersaucer wider than a wheelchair?

Glad to hear that you’ve got some potential movement on the house. Also glad that you’re pleased with your agent – keep me posted on how things go!
