Last night was the first in a series of celebratory graduation events. We had dinner on campus (which we both decided we have come a loooong way – relishing our vegetarian fare with little to no complaints on texture and appearance) with the graduating class. Telfer won the anesthesia award for smartest, kindest, and generally the most wonderful student (that’s totally my take on it – a much fancier name was applied)…and with his earnings now gets to purchase the barbeque of his dreams (of which I was not too keen beforehand). Manly pictures of Telfer grilling will be forthcoming.
And here I thought the anesthesia award would have been for sleeping in class.
Good luck grilling up the meats. Make sure you get a big burly bbq for all your manly cooking.

Congrats, Telfer!! I’m soooo proud of you! Even though the criteria for the award might have been a little different than Andrea’s take on it, I know you do more than qualify for the award. As I’ve said before – – you need to move to Nampa so you can take care of me in my old age.

How cute are you guys?! Love the house, love the fact that I know a doctor (officially), and I’m looking forward to catching up more with you soon. Perhaps a trip to Cali is in order for me now …

Congrats Telfer! I wish Missy and I could have been there for your graduation– as we had planned back in 2001. Look forward to graduation photos and reports.
