Book 7 has a cover – so much more red/gold/intense than the other covers.
Anyway.
Telfer has to work late tonight and so I am going to toodle on over to Pasadena to hear Anne Lamott at a Vroman’s event (a great Pasadena independent bookstore). This is pretty much just for you J.R.!

Oh my gosh! That’s awesome! Andrea introduced me to Anne Lamott and I’m crazy about her writing!! I started with Bird by Bird, then another one I can’t remember right now, and now I’m reading Traveling Mercies! I think Ann has a certain style that you either like or not. I like.
What was it like Andrea? Did you enjoy it???

Oh the things we do when our husbands are at work (I just cleaned out the freezer…that is how exciting my Saturday has been). Your toodling over to the bookstore sounds rather fun and I wish I could join you…ah, maybe some day. I feel like I saw Anne Lamott on Oprah one time…is this a possibility? Anyway, I will have to pester my student that works at the Library to get me a couple of her books. I could use one tonight…
