Yes, this is what our breakfast nook looked like when the previous owner lived in our house…it was ALMOST our style.
So, selling a house right now turns out to be not so much fun, but we have a serious nibble. Pray for a good appraisal price on our end… The prospective buyer currently lives on the East coast and wants to see pictures. Thus, the glut of home-related uploads on flickr. Just case you are interested…

Your house is so absolutely beautiful and more than “turnkey”… so I think that even in this down market your house will sell and for a good price too! I love you house!! You guys did an amazing job refurbishing it! Good luck! I can’t wait till you buy a new house here in Washington!! lol
